About Owen?

General Owen?, formerly known as Misteromorg, serves as the Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF) and holds the position of First in Command (1iC) of the United States Air Force. In this capacity, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the USAF at a strategic level. As CSAF, General Owen? also participates in the National Security Council (NSC), collaborating with other leaders to ensure personnel security.

General Owen? was the inaugural Chief of Staff of the Air Force (CSAF) and has been at the helm of the Department of the Air Force since its establishment in March 2024. Over the course of his career, General Owen? has held various command positions, demonstrating expertise in training, manpower, public affairs, and branch leadership. Noteworthy assignments include commanding roles in offices such as OPA, OJFD, and OMP, as well as serving as the Vice Chief of Staff of the Air Force (VCSAF) at USDF (USDF_HQ) and Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) at DoN (US.Defense).

In Public Affairs, General Owen? has hosted countless large events within organizations and official Habbo fansites, showcasing his ability to manage high-profile engagements and enhance organizational visibility. His tenure in the Manpower and Training portfolio is marked by a comprehensive overhaul of portfolio procedures and the development of innovative initiatives to reward personnel and promote professional development.

General Owen? has also made significant contributions to Foreign Affairs, becoming a signatory on the CIW-T, a coalition of organizations aimed at countering Illegal Warfare. This role placed him among a select group of esteemed leaders dedicated to maintaining international peace and security.

General Owen? is credited with establishing the United States Air Force as an organization, overseeing the creation of all necessary infrastructure, including the pivotal gateway utilized by all personnel.

	Distinguished Service Medal (26 Jun 2024) General Owen? has been an extraordinary leader ever since the development of USAF started. This has only continued since its opening with Owen helping to the lead SLC, AS and USAF as a whole from strength to strength. Owen has made many sound decisions during this time. Many of which keep USAF to be on the ball, intriguing, modern and interesting for its members. Alongside this he has worked with his team of Air Staff to let each office grow, attempting to facilitate and assist where possible alongside his SLC staff.
