CHAPTER 1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

Section 1 - Jurisdiction of Regulation

Regulations and procedures that are developed and finalized are subject to enforcement in any room, communication platform, and forum that is owned and operated by a room control under the banner of the Habbo United States Air Force (Habbo USAF). Persons subject to military regulations and procedures are individuals or groups within a room, communication platform, or forum owned and operated by the Habbo USAF Foundation. Service members of the Habbo USAF are subject to potential or imminent disciplinary action should any regulation or procedure be violated or breached. 

 

The official room controllers of the Habbo USAF are:

  • Dept.Defense

  • Dept.Builder

  • Dept.Affairs

 

Section 2 - Representation & Enforcement

All regulations for the USAF are represented by all parts of the Air Staff. Enforcement and delegating disciplinary action is through the Security Forces (SF). All disciplinary action taken must reference the Article(s) that were breached; any instance of censorship of the breaches in regulation must be approved by the Chief of Staff of the Air Force.

 

Section 3 - Modification of Regulation

Interpretations of regulation, along with any modifications made to regulation, are at the direction of the SLC. All modifications to regulations must be presented in an announcement on both the external communication platforms and the forum. All changes must also be noted in the respective change logs.

 

CHAPTER 2 - DISCIPLINE REPORT FORM

Section 1 - Overview

Discipline Report Form (DRF) is a disciplinary action form provided by an entity that is outside of the Security Forces (SF) and does not need further dissertation to the Director, Security Forces. Entities that can distribute DRFs are any Officer within the United States Air Force that issues any form of discipline. The punishment is appealable through the Punishment Appeal Form (PAF). 

 

CHAPTER 3 - REPORT ETIQUETTE

Section 1 - General Provisions

By reporting an individual through the procedures provided by the United States Air Force, you are agreeing to abide by all procedures that are associated with the report, including maintaining all parts of Operational Security (OPSEC) throughout the tenure of the report.

 

Section 2 - Statute of Limitations

A statute of limitation is a set of guidelines used to regulate the intake of a report made within the USAF. Statutes of limitations apply to all report forms in relation to disciplinary action. Regulations for the statutes of limitation are reviewed quarterly by the Senior Leadership Command (SLC).

 

CHAPTER 4  - PUNITIVE ARTICLES

Section 1 - Jurisdiction of Punitive Articles

Punitive articles are official statements utilized to specify all breaches of the Regulations, Procedures, or Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). These statements are utilized in all demotions, discharges, and infractions that occur. All articles utilized have a procedure regarding the distribution of disciplinary action for the breach, however, this procedure may be nullified and certain procedures may be skipped or mitigated varying by the severity of the offense.

Any service member who fails to log in for a period of 10 days or if a service member within the pay grades of E1 through to E3 fails to achieve a promotion within 14 days.

Abuse of Authority

Any service member who uses their rank, appointment, or any other powers granted to them to gain an advantage over others or to issue illegal orders for personal gain.

Blackmail

Any service member who threatens another service member in order to gain an advantage, either personally or professionally.

Any service member who breaches any protocol or exposes any sensitive material that is classified into a security clearance.

Any service member who conducts themselves in a manner which is considered unprofessional or disrespectful, or any service member who conducts themselves in a way which would bring the United States Air Force into contempt.

Any service member who willfully disregards, mitigates, or undermines the authority of any superior through general disrespect or through disregard of instructions.

Any service member who intentionally violates or expresses intent to violate or endanger a law related to, either Habbo or real life, the safety of a civilian, foreign entity, or fellow service member with cyber attack methods such as distributed denial of service (DDoS) or DOXing.

Any service member whose actions lead to the reputation of the United States Air Force, its personnel or its senior officials being brought into disrepute.

Desertion

Any service member with a pay grade above E4 who purposely leaves the personnel identification group without following the correct discharge procedure.

Embezzlement

Any service member who steals or otherwise misuses funds that have been placed in their trust.

Any service member who, during an investigation or after a punishment has been issued, attempts to avoid or mitigate the disciplinary action through attempting to file for leave, file for a resignation, or a general failure to comply with instructions provided in regard to the disciplinary action.

Any service member who falsely makes an accusation or claim, either against a service member, foreign entity, or civilian, through either an official document or interview.

Any service member who has a relationship with their subordinate which does not reflect their difference in authority has a relationship which is overly personal with their subordinate or otherwise has a relationship which brings themselves and the United States Air Force into disrepute.

Any service member who directly causes another service member to suffer from cruelty, humiliation, or abuse.

Any service member who has the correct training fails to adequately secure their account and as a result, is compromised.

Any service member who, willingly disobeys a lawful order from a superior, exhibits an attitude towards a superior that is considered disrespectful, or otherwise treats the superior with contempt.

Conversations or actions on any official USAF platform that are, or are perceived to be, intimidating, non-consensual, and sexual in nature. May also include any visual displays such as offensive and inappropriate images.

Any service member who commits any action with the intention to either damage or compromise the safety, security, or stability of the United States Air Force or its service members through any means.

Any service member with room rights who destroys or damages any facility or property that is owned and operated by the United States Air Force or a foreign entity.
