Section 1 - General Information
In order to maintain a professional environment, it is imperative that personnel are aware of how to address their peers whatever their rank and position may be. It is important that you DO NOT violate the PAP when in public areas such as HQ as it can be seen as unprofessional or even impolite.

The following is to be noted when applying the Proper Address Procedure:

Whilst you are not required to utilize PAP on Discord, you are highly encouraged to respect other personnel.
Personnel ranked from E-1 to E-9 are referred to as [Rank, name].
Personnel ranked from W-2 or above are referred to as [Sir/Ma'am]. You do not need to include their rank in this.
Civilians should be addressed by their Habbo Usernames as opposed to just Sir/Ma'am.
Visiting diplomats should be referred to as [Sir/Ma'am] however, you may address them as [Rank, name].
